Our dream home in the sun is located between Alicante and Valencia. Our recently and completely renovated detached house is situated on a flat plot in a beautiful and easily accessible, quiet neighborhood in Moraira! The fully furnished Mediterranean villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, six sleeps. Air conditioning in all (bed)rooms. Super fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, water filter system, garage, washing machine, clothes dryer, rental license are included. The house offers panoramic views and plenty of privacy.

It has an excellent south/southwest location with a large swimming pool (9 x 4 meters) that enjoys sun all day, as well as shaded areas. Spacious terraces surround the house and pool, with six sun loungers under parasols and a round garden table with six chairs under the pergola. A large dining table with six chairs is located under the covered porch (naya) with an outdoor BBQ. Surrounding the house is a large, walled, botanical garden, child and pet friendly, with various fruit trees. The driveway offers space for two cars.

Situated in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the beaches El Portet and l’Ampolla, as well as several small idyllic bays, the marina, and the old town with all amenities (including padel, tennis, mini golf, bike rentals, walking and hiking trails, shops, bars, and a wide selection of restaurants). Larger supermarkets, golf courses, a family park, and charging stations are all approximately a 5-minute drive away.

Casa Orange is ready for the new 2026 season. Come and enjoy the charming city of Moraira! Availability in the 2026 season (stays between mid May and October 18th = end of autumn holidays in the Northern region).

The third bedroom has been completely renovated, including a sofa and extra storage space, Outdoor BBQ completely renovated,

Osmosis water filter system = never buy bottled water again,

New round aluminum dining table with 6 chairs under the renovated pergola by the pool,

Lots of (water) toys for the little ones, they can have fun right away,

Two camping cots, babysitting by a Dutch neighbor girl (on request),

A banana tree has also been planted near the fruit trees (avocado, orange, lemon, Japanese medlar), will you eat the first unsprayed bananas?

Pétanque / jeu de boules court in the backyard, fun for kids and adults!

A number of new, very good (Spanish) restaurants / bars have opened in Moraira and the surrounding area, which you can find in our ‘inspiration booklet’. Family Park for kids, (water) sports activities, including diving (padi), kayaking, sloop rowing, sailing, golf, padel, pickle ball, tennis, mini golf, walking, hiking, cycling, etc. are countless possibilities. We can also help you with private yoga lessons, massage, catering, etc! You can also experience a wine tasting by a Dutch / English speaking sommelier in our wine cellar! Blog April 2024: A traditional Mediterranean-style house in Spain or a new build? That question was answered for us when we stumbled upon this casa in Moraira, Alicante! We fell head over heels for this Mediterranean villa from 1974. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with all amenities nearby. The lively town center and the large beach are within walking distance. Dreamy, idyllic coves are just a 10-15 minute drive away. No high-rises or steep slopes. A house with a spacious living room featuring original terrazzo tiles and a Spanish fireplace. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large covered naya with an outdoor barbecue. Adjacent is a covered terrace with a hanging chair for daydreaming. A mature botanical garden with fruit trees. And last but not least, a wonderfully large 9 x 4 meter swimming pool. What more could you ask for?
